兴隆清盘人正在起诉 Lim Oon Kuin（林恩强） 及其两个孩子被追讨 35 亿美元（47 亿新元）的可能债务以及据称林氏家族支付给自己的 9,000 万美元的股息。

据《海峡时报》报道，周四（8 月 10 日）兴隆贸易 (Hin Leong Trading) 创办人 Lim Oon Kuin（林恩强 ，又名 O.K. Lim）他的两个孩子在新加坡高等法院面对兴隆银行清盘人和汇丰控股提起的民事诉讼。

清盘人 Goh Thien Phong 先生和 Chan Kheng Tek 先生目前在起诉O.K. Lim、他的儿子 Evan Lim Chee Ming 和女儿 Lim Huey Ching，以要求追讨 35 亿美元（47 亿新元）的可能债务和据称林氏家族支付给自己的9,000 万美元股息。

两名清盘人指控林氏家族违反了其作为董事的信托义务并从事欺诈性交易。

预计，审判将持续约 180 天至 11 月中旬，并且，原告可能将传唤 60 多名证人出庭作证。

其中，汇丰控股指控几位被告以及 O.K. Lim的前私人助理 Serene Seng 女士“捏造了不存在的交易”，导致该银行向兴隆支付了 1.117 亿美元。

针对Serene Seng 女士，以及被清盘人传唤作证以证明其受O.K Lim指示准备虚假文件的兴隆财务部门前高级会计主管Katherine Ong女士的说法，O.K. Lim的律师提出反驳，并称两人“没有信誉”。

根据这位前大亨（O.K. Lim）的开庭陈述，在四月份展开、围绕他面临欺诈和伪造指控的审判中，上述两人都被证明是“不值得信任的证人”。

在此案里，汇丰银行对林氏家族和一名兴隆员工提起诉讼，要求追回其向兴隆发放的 1.117 亿美元贷款中的 8530 万美元；在这起诉讼中，Serene Seng女士与林氏家族的三名成员为四名被告。

《满航时报》4 月份曾报道，检方对 O.K Lim 面临的 130 项指控中的三项指控进行了审理：两项欺骗香港上海汇丰银行 (HSBC) 的罪名和一项教唆兴隆贸易公司合同高管伪造虚假记录的罪名。

这 130 项指控涉及欺诈罪、教唆伪造有价证券罪和教唆伪造罪。

这三项指控与汇丰银行此前指控O.K. Lim 伪造文件以获得银行信贷有关。2020 年 10 月，汇丰银行对林氏家族和一名兴隆员工提起法律诉讼，要求追回其向兴隆贸易发放的 1.117 亿美元贷款中的 8530 万美元。

汇丰银行在其提交的文件中称，兴隆贸易通过伪造发票“欺诈性地”从该银行骗取了1.117亿美元贷款；其中一张发票据称是以5600万美元的价格出售货物给新加坡中国航油(CAO)，而另一张则据称以5570万美元的价格出售货物给联合石化新加坡（Unipec Singapore）。
